While nuts themselves are a Primal Superfood, but when their oils are extracted without all of the other nutrients and fibres, they become exposed to air and sadly oxidise - and oxidised oils are detrimental to our health. Plus, just like seed oils, the process used to extract nut oils is often extremely un-Primal. For those who enjoy nuts, you should look for an natural, un-processed alternative.
