Slimshotz contains a natural ingredient called Glucomannan, which is extracted from the root of the Konjac plant; sometimes referred to as Gluco-K. How to Use
Usually added to water but can also be added to pre-workout and post-workout shakes for an extra shot of fibre and minerals. Here’s how to make your Slimshotz drink.
Empty the Slimshotz sachet into a dry cup or glass
Add cold water (about the amount of a cup of tea).
Stir continually, shake or blend (depending on your preference)
Drink immediately unless you like a more jellied drink
Repeat three times a day around 30 minutes before you meal or snack.
