In a randomized 8-week study, 50 women with rheumatoid arthritis were observed while they took 500 mg of quercetin. As a result, it significantly reduced early morning stiffness, morning pain, and after-activity pain.

High Concentration
Our Quercetin capsules contain 400mg Quercetin per capsule, or 800mg per serving. We believe this is one of the highest formulations on the market. Its dosage means you can start with the lower dose of 400mg, and increase to 2 capsules (800mg) if needed.
How to use
We recommend taking one or two tablets per day, ideally with meals for the best effects.
