Don't throw out those soft avocados. They might no longer be right for our Primal Avocado Chips, but you can certainly make one hell of a guacamole out of them.
Ingredients
- Avocado
- Tomatoes
- Lemon or Lime
- Salt & Pepper (sprinkle)
Method
Extract the avocado and mash in a bowl. Add in the tomato, squeeze in your lemon or lime and a pinch of salt and pepper to your desired taste. Suggestion of something to serve it with that isn't crisps or nachos!
Tip: how to Open an Avocado
Step 1 - Cutting avocado. Cut in half, then twist top clockwise and bottom anti-clockwise.
Step 2 - Removing the huge seed. Very carefully, take sharp knife and chop into seed. Then twist and it should pop out. If it doesn't, scoop it out with a spoon.
Step 3 - Scoop out the fruit using a spoon.
