Beautiful, doughy salmon and dill cream cheese rolls. Really easy to make, slice and serve. Enjoy as a lunch, or as a starter / side dish to share with friends. These are gluten free, grain free, Keto and low carb.
Ingredients
- full fat cream cheese (110g)
- large egg
- milk (20g)
- arrowroot (15g)
- ground almonds (30g)
- smoked salmon (100g)
- fresh dill (2 tsp, chopped)
Method
Preheat oven to 180C
Into a mixing bowl, add 55g full fat cream cheese (the rest you will use later), large egg, milk, arrowroot and ground almonds. Mix together to a batter.
On to a silicone baking sheet, spread out the batter into a a rectangle, a little smaller than an A4 sheet. Pop in the oven and bake for 5-7 minutes until firm.
Remove and allow to cool. Spread the cream cheese over it , add the smoked salmon and sprinkle with dill.
Roll up and slice. Serve and enjoy!
