An effortless meal. Tasty and easy to make tomato based tuna pasta bake using the konjac 0 carb, 0 cal penne pasta. A perfect meal for family and friends who will undoubtedly be incredibly impressed that this meal is so low in carbs.

- Konjac penne
- tin of tomatoes (400g)
- tins of tuna steak in spring water, drained
- black olives (100g)
- mature cheddar cheese (200g)
- fresh flat leaf parsley, chopped (handful)
- beef tomato, sliced (1 large)
Method
Preheat the grill to 180C.
Drain the konjac penne in to a colander.
Pop it in to a pan over medium heat and dry fry for a couple of minutes.
Add in the olives and stir through. Now add in the tin of tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes on a bubble.
Stir in the tuna and turn off the heat.
Add the pasta mix to a baking dish and cover with cheddar cheese and the tomato slices.
Bake for 15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbling and the tomatoes are soft.
Decorate with fresh chopped parsley and serve.
