Ingredients
- 100g canned tuna, drained
- 4 cherry tomatoes, chopped
- ½ red onion, finely diced
- Fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 ACE Recipe Flat Breads
- Black pepper, optional pinch
Method
- Combine the finely diced onion, chopped tomatoes, tuna, mayonnaise and fresh coriander in a mixing bowl.
- Add in optional seasoning.
- Spoon into the flatbreads, roll and serve.
